Delivery FAQs

What are the home delivery charges for online purchases?

All orders above Rs 3,000, will be delivered FREE OF CHARGE to the shipping address. A delivery fee of Rs. 150 will be charged for orders below this amount. This delivery fee will automatically be added to your order if the total order amount is below Rs 3,000.

Do you deliver on Sundays & piblic holidays?

Our delivery team doesn’t work on Sundays and public holidays, except in peak seasons. However, collection in showroom is available during our operating times.

Do I need to be there to sign for delivery?

Yes. The individual whose name appears on the order confirmation or the invoice is strongly encouraged to sign the necessary paperwork when it is delivered. Third-party signatures may need you to visit our showrooms to resign them.

Are there any restrictions on delivery above the first floor?

We often don't deliver to a room or flat in your house or building that is located above the first floor. Only when they come on location will our crew be able to determine if they can securely transport over the first story. Please provide the delivery location when you confirm your order.
